Japan UNI Agency is a leading full-service literary agency based in Tokyo, Japan. Established in 1967, and for 51 years since, we have been an integral part of the Japanese publishing industry through our licensing services. We represent books of all genres, ranging from general trade books, both fiction and non-fiction, and business/professional titles, to books for young adults and children.
We have been working diligently to introduce Korean titles to Japanese publishers using our expertise and networks acquired from our long-established business. We are proud of our current long list of Japanese translations of Korean titles and appreciate all our Korean coordinators.
I have overseen the Japanese rights to Korean titles since the end of 2018, and previously I was in charge of securing Korean rights to Japanese titles from 2015 to 2018.
Interested in literary novels, SF & fantasy, mystery, novels related to films & TV dramas, and juvenile novels.
