I have been working as an editor for Tre Publishing House for ten years. I read original and foreign language manuscripts and determine whether the works should be bought and published. My primary duties are to review manuscripts, coordinate with authors, advance documents, and proofread. Having an interest in different cultures of the world, I hope to take part in publishing quality books for the Vietnam market. Some of the published Korean books I’ve edited include: Who Ate Up All the Shinga?, Toy City, Princess Bari, Another Man’s City, The Gift of a Bird, Nobody Knows but the Moon, and The Tale of Suk-hyang - The Tale of Lady Suk-yeong.
TRE PUBLISHING HOUSE has been one of the top three publishers in terms of sales, in addition being well-known as a pioneer in the publishing industry in Vietnam since 1981.

TRE publishes a wide variety of books that appeal to a wide range of readers all over Vietnam and throughout the world—from children to adults. TRE wants to contribute to the education of young people and provide scientific and social and cultural and literary and artistic knowledge that elevates the level of education. Over the past few years, TRE has received many awards from the state, labor orders, awards from Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, and has for many consecutive years been on the list of Vietnamese High-Quality Products, as well as the list of 100 Strong Brands in Vietnam, just to name a few of our accolades.
I am interested in Korean fiction, all works by Park Wan-suh, Hwang Sok-yong, Eun Hee-kyung, Han Kang, and Chung Serang—as well as other authors with impressive writing styles.

저는 지난 10년간 트레 출판사에서 편집자로 근무해 왔습니다. 오리지널 및 외국어 원고(미출간작)를 읽고 구매 및 출간 여부를 결정하는데, 제 주된 업무는 원고를 검토하고 작가와 함께 일하며 교정 작업을 하는 것입니다. 전 세계 다양한 문화에 대한 저의 관심을 바탕으로 베트남 독자들에게 우수한 책을 소개하는 노력에 동참하고자 합니다. 『그 많던 싱아는 누가 다 먹었을까?』, 『장난감 도시』, 『바리공주』, 『낯익은 타인들의 도시』, 『새의 선물』, 『숙향전』,『달님은 알지요』 등 많은 한국문학 번역서의 편집을 담당하였습니다.
